Professional Experience
- Diploma in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience in administration, communications, or an agency setting is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of traditional and digital communication tools: Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, Webflow.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of accounting (desirable).
- Bilingual in French and English.
- High level of ethics and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5).
- Knowledge of Montreal’s community sectors and local dynamics.

Duration: Permanent position
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 35 hours per week (availability to work evenings and weekends occasionally)
Compensation: $23–$28/hour, depending on experience.
