They agreed to meet to discuss anger, this human emotion that sometimes comes in search of frustration, irritation and sometimes causes fury and violence. Anger is something we all know. Sometimes it's this fire that pushes us and sometimes it's a weight that we drag. My Anger and Me is a 4-episode podcast hosted by Neelam, Fatima, Alexey and Matteo who talk about this unfiltered emotion. These young people talk about frustration, irritation, fury and violence through human stories that reflect their reality.
